All of my produce is selected because it is the highest quality product for my pizzas, with the bonus that I'm getting to celebrating local, artisanal small producers.
La Latteria make fresh mozzarella and burrata in Acton using British milk, they make it in the day and overnight stock our fridges with the good stuff, twice a week we get the freshest produce from cow to pizza.
We use a secret blend of Organic British flours from Shipton Mill in the Cotswolds making the best slow dough following our own fermentation.
Mike and Paola at Vindinista have such a passion for high quality, and importantly affordable wine. I sold pizzas from their wine shop up in Acton over the summer of 2020 and grew to form a great friendship with them and Stacy and Sanne who work there too, they have supplied all the wines that are on the menu.
Our beer is brewed down the road in Battersea by Mondo brewery.
We use several British cheeses from small producers including Colston Bassett Stilton and Twineham Grange which is a veggie friendly parmesan style cheese from Bookham Harrison in Sussex.
The guys at Happy Endings on the other side of London are making some of the most delicious ice cream sandwiches using the highest quality ingredients, we have a rotating selection of flavours!
